Our History
Our company was established in 2007 by a foundation driller looking to provide better access to heavy construction equipment at a reasonable cost. We became the first equipment rental company in the deep foundation drilling industry and this new model allowed foundation contractors to focus on their project pipelines not on procuring equipment.

Our Philosophy
ROC Equipment was established by Louis Lucido in 2007. In addition to his wealth of industry knowledge, Lou was well-known for being a man of his word. When Lou shook your hand, you knew that he was going to follow through on his commitment. Every day, ROC employees continue to build on Lou’s reputation as a steadfast partner. We operate our business by fostering relationships with our employees, customers and business partners that are built on trust, dedication and commitment.
We are headquartered in Salt Lake City, UT with an additional equipment yard in Phoenix, AZ.
We also have offices in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Texas.
