Vanessa is an industry veteran. Growing up in a family deeply entrenched in foundation drilling, she knows the ins and outs of the business, earning her a reputation as an expert and trusted advisor.

Vanessa became CEO of ROC Equipment in 2012 and for more than a decade made a positive impact on the industry by bringing new ideas to market and serving on industry trade association committees. She continues to help move ROC forward by serving as a technical advisor and is an invaluable member of the leadership team.
